parties galore

i had a weekend of parties ... on saturday we woke up & didn't have to get out of our pj's ... (well, josie didn't) we went to our neighbors house to celebrate teal's 6th birthday. it was a pajama pancake party! what a great idea i might add ... pancake breakfast with a smorgasbord of fixings ... whipped cream, marshmallows, jimmies, hot fudge, strawberries ... there was a lot of excitement. josie was the youngest ... but was fascinated by all the big girls ... they were so nice to her! ... they even made her a visor ... this is her still flying high from the big girl party ...

then i left a couple hours later to visit one of my best friends who is having a baby very soon. brigid & i went down to rye to hang out with jen ... for a night of good eats & baby talk. this is the first time that i have left dominic & josie alone overnight since she has been here ... kinda hard to believe actually. had a great night ... woke up, got ready & headed off to her baby shower. she got a ton of "must haves" ... five more weeks till josie has another little friend!

a fun weekend ... but always nice to walk in the door to home ...
