ultimate communication

i know this lady who is amazing. i have only seen her once. real quick, at a friends house - she did not remember me; but that is ok. i had only spoken to her on the phone for 45 minutes one time. after she is done talking (helping) she can not remember anything ... so that explains the lack of memory.

this lady is able to read animals (living or passed) - by "read" i mean she can feel what they feel & she can understand what they think. my dog, abe, was a difficult dog, & had some medical & psychological issues - but he gave the best, best hugs in the world! he was so happy to see anyone & would nudge your hand with his nose until you gave absolutely 100% of your attention to him. if you dared to get down to his level - you would get drenched in slobbery kisses. so, in our search of trying to help him, we came across this special lady. she pinpointed abe's medical issues to a t! he had problems with his foot & she was able to even tell us, between which toes hurt him the most. simply amazing. she was also able to tell us about many things that abe was curious about. the first thing he wanted to know was whether it was his fault that the cat (maple) didn't come home (which it really wasn't - the cat snuck out the door at night while abe was coming in ... & then the cat never came home). poor thing, still thinking about that - it had been years. that is actually when his problems started.
he was also curious about what the little girl next door was carrying around in her shopping cart (she was 3 & would tramps around the yard with her shopping cart, full of dolls & toys ... and abe would lay outside & watch her). another amazing thing was he was wondering why he couldn't roam around free anymore (which, at the time, we had a man that would walk by our house all the time & complain because abe would wonder all over the neighborhood - so we started keeping him on a leash). the whole experience was unbelievable & a true gift.

so, i understand that this lady is also able to connect with people that have passed, but she doesn't like to ... so she doesn't "practice" it too often. well, i found out today that she lost her husband a couple of days ago; which is just awful. my absolute first thought was whether or not she would be able to communicate with her husband. it's a very interesting situation. my friend told me that she sometimes has trouble reading her own animals or people she is too close to ... so, with this amazing power, the time where she might want to use it the most, it might not work. to me, that is such a sad situation ... maybe it is for her also, or maybe not? maybe she is content with his passing & doesn't need to know anything more.

she's a very special woman - I feel like I owe her my life - we'll have to talk about it some time.
